Hi,
We are planning to migrate from Local Directors to Content Series switches. We are using ASLB feature of cisco 6506 to along with the local directors. Do we have similar sort of features on 11503 so that it will not impact the performance, and secondly we are using SSL on the local directors by mapping the 443 port and using the server certificates of the web server. Will the SSL module in the 11503 do the same. I would appreciate if somebody could answer these questions
Thanks

Sharath,
The CSS does not have a feature similiar to ASLB. The CSS needs to see all packets in a flow, so we cannot bypass it.
The SSL module will terminate SSL, so you can move the server certificates there. Then the web server will get HTTP requests instead of HTTPS and be able to respond faster.
Does that answer your questions?

How many SSL modules will I require for 3 Virtual Servers

You can use one module for 3 virtual servers. You can load many certificates on one module.
Multiple modules can provide redundancy, and better performance, but one module can do all the work as well.
