Multiply subnets of VIPs on CSS

I want to use more than one subnet of VIPs on a CSS11503. I cannot trunk the uplink. Is it possible to use VIPs that are not associated to a physical interface.

this is possible.

You just need a static route on the upstream router to point the subnet at the CSS.

there is nothing to do.

Just configure it as if the ip was part of a physical interface.

The most important part is what I told you in my previous answer - make sure to route the traffic to the CSS.
