NAT and WINS on a CSS

Does anyone know if you can NAT when WINS is involved. I have a server trying to make a connection to a WINS server on the outside, the inside to outside IP address is being NAT'd. When I sniff the external connection, I am seeing the inside IP address as the dest from the WINS server. I think I know the answer to the question, any suggestions??

You have to staticly enter both the internal and external IP addresses in the WINS server. When the first fails, WINS will serve the alternate.
