Need a solution that I can store a video and can be decoded throught analog coax. Today we use an analog VCR and a pc with analog mpeg decodor to brodcast to Comcast. Comcast then takes the file and sends it out to our local residents. Am I on the right track here with a WAE-511 running ACNS and a
