new image on the NM-CE

Hi,

I have the NM-CE with ACNS 4.2.3. I use it as standalone CE. I want to use ACNS software 5.3. Can I directly install the new software without the upgrade proccess? I have only ACNS-5.3.1.5-K9.bin, but I didn't find the ACNS-4.2.x-TO-5.x.x-K9.bin. When I use command copy ftp install 10.4.9.2 /bad ACNS-5.3.1.5-K9.bin the following message appeared:

ruby_upgrade: version mismatch: can handle version `1' `2' or `3', got `4'

This probably means that the file you attempted to install

is not compatible with this software release.

ftp_to_install: problem with ruby_upgrade: (1,13)

Hi,

you have to use the upgrade way. The upgrade image can be found in the ACNS5.0 part of the CCO download looking at the strong encryption link:
