CAn somebody please help me understand when and the number of SSL certifications are required?
Assume:
Two CSS, one active and one fail over/redundant.
One Content rule with two services
Both of the services contain one server.
Do we need one SSL certificate for the content rule and then copy it to the redundant/fail over CSS? Or do I need a SSL certificate for each CSS?
If the client is utilizing their own DNS and assigned a unique domain name that is being utilized in the URL/URI they use to hit the servers... does this impact the SSL certificate?
I know these are some basic questions. I have read quite a bit but just don't have the hands on to get me over this hump.
