Hi All,

We are facing issue for the RDP connections that the connections does not go to through the server but the server connection is fine.

The problem started after we upgraded the firmware from A2.1 o A2.3.

Dec 10 2010 22:34:16 : %ACE-2-901001 kernel: EXT3-fs error (device loop(7,2)): ext3_free_blocks: bit already cleared for block 31

Dec 10 2010 22:34:16 : %ACE-2-901001 kernel: EXT3-fs error (device loop(7,2)): ext3_free_blocks: Freeing blocks not in datazone - block = 2135689, count = 1

Dec 10 2010 08:25:16 : %ACE-2-901001 kernel: EXT3-fs error (device loop(7,2)): ext3_free_blocks: Freeing blocks not in datazone - block = 34567, count = 1

Alex,

the message you see comes from the Control Plane Kernel which is absolutely not involved in traffic switching.

So they are not related.

The reason you see them now is because previously those messages were silently dropped.  We fixed that problem so now you see them.

But they were there before and again that CPU is not involved in traffic switching.

So, you'll need to capture some relevant info for us if you want assistance.

Sniffer trace frontend / backend so we can see what is going.

The configuration.

And most probably show tech after the error.

And a better a description of what is not working.

Gilles.

Giles,

Correct prb description:

Connection from client to VIP will establish but connection is not loadbalanced. This worked before upgrade. Except RDP everything is working fine as expected.

Kindly let me know what information do i need to check and collect it from aCE?

Thanks in advance.

If the connection gets established this is probably because you have configured some kind of inspection.

I don't think we support RDP inspection.

As I said, get a sniffer trace and at least the config.

Thanks,

Gilles.
