Hi Everyone,
We have a lot of users (Windows XP SP3) which every day open a RDP Session to a Windows 2008 Server R2 and keep connected during all the day.
After we implement the WAAS 4.4.3.0.4 (RDP with only TFO), for some reason they can't keep the connection up and they need to reconnected a lot of times during the day.
After we deny this traffic (RDP TCP 3389) in the WCCP Router-List, the problem dissapears.
For this reason I suspect that is something related with the WAAS.
Any tip or advice to resolve that ?
My Best Regards,
Andre Lomonaco

Best troubleshooting approach would be packet trace, if possible at both WAEs and client.
There is tcpdump loaded in WAAS and you can filter on client address.
It will be important to find out whether disconnection happens at random or after an idle period,
whether there are keepalives at TCP level that are optimized out - could be also related to WAN configuration.
