I've read through your post, but, I'm not sure to understand what exactly you are looking for. Anyway, let me clarify a few points.
The WAE-7326 is the hardware model, and ACNS is the software, so, when talking about a ACNS version, you probably talk about version 5.5.x
The second thing I want to mention is that ACNS by itself doesn't have any kind of redundancy system. Instead of a active/passive system, you normally have clusters of devices and load-balance traffic between them. There are different ways to do this, such as WCCP, a load-balancer, a content router, stating policy-based routing....
For the utilization of the box, I guess you mean in regards to CPU and memory. For that, you can start with the "show processes cpu" and "show processes memory". You may also be interested in the HTTP caching statistics, in which case, the "show statistics http savings" would be a good start.
