Request - MAPI Outlook 2010 Support and "How to Guide"

Can anyone offer any advice on activating \ using the MAPI AO for outlook 2010 clients that they could share with me?

We are deploying Outlook 2010 clients and would like to investigate the support \ acceleration etc offered by the Cisco WAE's but would like some direction or best practice design guides to point me in the right direction.
