SCA11000 - freezes completely and changes system date (01/01/1970)

Our SCA11000 is acting strange. :(

At random he freezes completely. No icmp, telnet or even console access is than possible. The only option available for me is to do a hard reset.

Somethimes he comes back and somethimes he just don't. I can see him booting in the console and then he trows the following exception. (Please see the attachment).

When he comes back, somethimes (strangely not always) the time is set to January 1st 1970.

Anyone has an idea why this is happening and if I can solve this. Or is this a hardware failure (what i suspect) and do I have to waith untill my reseller calls me back. And deliver me new parts or a brand new one.

Thanks in advance for your help. If you need additional information please don't hesistate to contact me.

And for all of you a Happy New Year an a Merry Christmas.

with kind regards,

Geert

Hi Geert,

What version of code are you running on the SCA?

Hi Zach,

Thank you for your help but I think I already solved it.

I'll post the solution here, maybe one day this will help another forum member.

We where :) using version 4.2.0.11 and like stated in the article below there are problems when crl is enabled before version 4.2.0.18.

And guess three times what we enable in our Secure Servers a couple of days before the problems started!
