Server ID of Source Public IP Addresses.

Hi All,

I have configured a CSS11501 to load balance between 2 web servers.

Firewalls NAT the service Public IP address to Private IP address, used as VIP on CSS.

Web servers see all hits as coming from the CSS VIP address.

Owner wants to identify source Public IP address of all hits.

Any suggestions on how this can be done?

your problem is that you are using a group to do client nat in order to force the return traffic to come back to the CSS.

So, this is a design issue.

Remove the group to stop the nating and make sure the servers are able to return the traffic to the CSS and not to the client directly.
