Slowness issue with Load Balancer connected with Nexus 5k

I have F5 Load Balancer connected to two N5k switches in VPC and its communicating with a server connected to 320 switch in an enclosure. The 320 switch is also connected to the same N5k switches in a port channel.

Now the MTU set on F5 LB side is 9216 but no defined MTU has been setup on vpc port channel configured for this LB so its taking default MTU of 1500. The MTU on the server side is also 1500.

When I ping the server from the load balancer with packet size of 1453, it works but not any packet size greater then that. I am having this issue for over a month and have not able to resolve it.
