SM SRE 700-K9

Hello expert,

I have a problem when i tried to install software... i checked the cisco.com "http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/routers/access/interfaces/software/feature/guide/ism-sm-sre.html#wp1119304"

you can see the command&error at the below.

#service-module sm 1/0 install url ftp://XXXXXX:XXXXXX@10.1.1.1/waas-accelerator-4.3.1.6-npe-k9.bin

i also checked the "waas-accelerator-4.3.1.6-npe-k9.bin.srebootloader" file, file is not corrupted.

Hi,

  Below logs shows that FTP process has failed due to connection time out. Can you double check below

1: SM interface IP can get to FTP server

2: Login / password works

its working now... you are right, ftp server cant access the SM interface.
