Is there a document somewhere which details what service ports are used by Cisco's Content Delivery Network for its internal communications (i.e. keepalives of CEs and CRs to the CDM for status). The CDN I'm setting up will have some CEs on the other side of a firewall from where the CDM, root CE and origin servers are located.

I believe communication between the CE's and CDM is done via SSL. Communication between the CE and the CR is done over port 53.
