Upgrade CSMs

Hi, currently we are running 4.2(1) on our CSMs and would like to upgrade to a later or the latestst version, is there a good document for this ?

Also, is automatic config sync possible across redundant CSMs in different catalysts, if so in which version ?

here is a documented procedure for the upgrade.

Be aware you can also upgrade directly from an external tftp server, using the same procedure and just replacing the sup internal address with the external tftp server address.

There is no automatic config-sync feature on the CSM and currently no plan to add this function.
