Upgrading from iCDN to ACNS

Anyone know how to upgrade CE7320's from iCDN 2.1.1 software to ACNS? I have found some documents on CCO that state this type of upgrade is not supported. I do not care about any information on the hard drives, so if I have to wipe them and start over that would be okay.

The upgrade from ICDN to ACNS is not supported and there is no other way to do it.

I got my device replaced with a new one along with the ACNS software since we did not want to run ICDN.
