Hi,
I'm struggling to find documentation on this subject.
Upgrading a single SCM is no problem at all, the script works very well.
I now need to upgrade our CSS11506's which have dual SCM's installed ... how on earth do you achieve it?

I don't have a lab device with dual scm to test. However, reading the doc it's simply a matter of configuring the passive sync command to establish boot-config, startup-config, image and time once the primary has been upgraded. ie:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/app_ntwk_services/data_center_app_services/css11500series/v8.20/configuration/administration/guide/Booting.html#wp1067359
At this point the passive is ready to take over. According to the doc, if the primary fails then the passive will reboot and come up as active
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/app_ntwk_services/data_center_app_services/css11500series/v7.50_v7.40/installation/guide/Install.html#wp1026729
This should mean that it will come back up on the new s/w.
