upgradng ACE SM

Does anyone happne to know if upgrading the ACE SM from 8G to 16G will require the module replacement or just the license upgrade?

Your question is how to upgrade bandwidth license, right? You need to purchase one of a following licenses :

ACE-16G-LIC

ACE-UPG2-LIC

note : this is only applicable to ACE module.

If you have 8G license already, then I think ACE-UPG2-LIC is the cheaper option.

If you want to use the same HW then you only need to purchase the license.
