VPN always reconnecting

Hallo,

 

I use Cisco VPN 3.1.06079. My Computer System is Windows 8.1. Recently after the upgrade of Windows, my VPN always Shows "VPN Reconnecting" and cannot connect with Internet. Sometime the VPN just cannot connect with the Internet. I have reinstall the VPN and restart Computer several times, but the Problem is still there. How should I solve the Problem?

Hi,

What is the headend device? I would suggest to collect DART bundle and send it out to TAC for analysis.
