Hi All,
Is anyone fully working on WAAS devices. I have a scenario, where our central manager's hard disk crashed but only the cms services have been disabled.
I am not able to take backup of the config as we don't have any hard disk in it.Bad luck is we didn't have any backup taken previously.My question would be,
is there any way to take backup or should it be configured as a new one

Hi,
Unfortunately this means that the CMS database has gone, and if you don't have a backup outside the WAAS Central manager, you'll have to manually setup the CM again from scratch.
The CMS database stores all the configuration and policies etc from your entire WAAS setup.
