Hi Bibian,

I would take packet capture for this issue first so we have some data to analyze, for Try and Buy you should contact WAAS PDI HelpDesk or your Cisco SE so you can get timly support. Let me know if you get no where with this and i can also analyze packet captures for you. Thank you.

Hi Ahsan

I thinks its a lan issue

When I check the switch setup I see a mistake on vlan 1 the primary address is not the default gateway.

Tomorow, customer and its provider change this configuration and I make a new test.

You can see on the slide the PB.

If you have got an other Idea It's OK for me

I also ask the SE and I wait answer.

Thank for your help

Hello,

I finally fix my problem

I configure a static mac address on the router and a static arp.

the mac address is the cluster mac address and the arp is the ip and mac address of the cluster :

mac address-table static 02BF.AC14.00A5 vlan 1 int gig 1/0/24 gig 3/0/23
arp 172.20.0.165 02BF.AC14.00A5 arpa
