WAAS Mobile Server Time/Date incorrect

Hi,

I cannot seem to find where I configured the time/date settings for the WAAS mobile server.

The Win 2008 server that the Mobile server is installed on has the right time, but the WAAS mobile server itself does not.

At the moment it is using GMT.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Where do you see this GMT timestamp?  It may be by design.

Cisco WAAS Mobile Administration Guide

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/app_ntwk_services/waas/waas_mobile/v3.5/configuration/administration/guide/CiscoWAASMobileAdminGuide_3_5.pdf

page 56

datetime is the timestamp when the system report was generated. Datetime is expressed in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), and is formatted as yyyy-mmddThhmmss.

Thank You,

Dan Laden

WAAS Mobile Server Time/Date incorrect

Hi Daniel,

The GMT time is displayed on the dashboard page in the top right corner.

I do not see where I can configure my time zone to be +8.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks,

John

The server will only display GMT.

If having local time displayed is a future enhancement you would like to see, work with your Account team or Channel SE to submit a feature enhancement for a future release.

Thank You,

Dan Laden
