WAE-7341-K9 unable to run the IOS image

Hi Team,

We have one WAE device installed at the customer site that was received as Replacement part against one Faulty part of same model but now having problem as we are not able to run the IOS image with this device and giving the message as below,

AOINCTWS01B#install waas-accelerator-4.4.5d.5-k9.bin (“Image does not support box model 'CE7341”)

Possibly this device is not allowed to run the destination software.

Please suggest on this case and confirm if some other output comand/information needed to confirm the issue with this device.

Can any one suggest me on this WAE issue there at the Customer site??

This message is showing some Hardware issue or software problem,

Hi,

The device is currently running ACNS, and thus have an invalid device Cookie.

You'll need to use the WAAS recovery CD-rom and boot on that (console connection required).

You'll need to "install Device Cookie" and "Wipe disks and install bin image" (can't remember the exact numbers you have to type in)
