WAE Farm Best Practice Return Method

Question: Is this best practice for return from a 7 WAE farm to this switch?

Hi James,

As long as your WAEs are L2 adjacents to your switches, it is indeed the recommended setting.

Even if the SUP720 should handle GRE redirect in hardware, the return is still handled in software so if you use it as forwarding method, you can easily bring your catalyst down with it.
