Hi,
I'm facing problem with implementing WCCP on 7200 transparent mode with NetCache. The client are not able to access the internet. However if I hard code the client, I have no problem accessing the internet.
Attached are the config that are currently in place. Any comments are welcome. Thanks

Did you try power cycling the content engine. If not remove the WCCP configuration from the device, powercycle the device. Then enable wccp and check if the clients are able to access the internet. Other than that the configuration looks good to me. This configuration should work without any issues.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the reply. Have try to powercycle the device but it still does not solve my problem. However just managed to find out the actual problem is that the IOS I'm using have a bug on IP CEF. By turning off and on IP CEF I have managed to get the wccp to be working. Will be upgrading the IOS soon to confirm.

When you enable debug for wccp what does it show?
I would check to make sure your router and proxy are exchanging wccp information first.
Here is I have created a service group in wccp? the "WCCP-PKT:D09" signifies a dynamic service group 9 has been created. Your "debug ip wccp packets" should look something like this (with different ip address information)
Jul 17 12:51:30: WCCP-PKT:D09: Received valid Here_I_Am packet from 10.1.1.1 w/rcv_id 00000005
Jul 17 12:51:30: WCCP-PKT:D09: Sending I_See_You packet to 10.1.1.1 w/ rcv_id 00000006
Jul 17 12:51:40: WCCP-PKT:D09: Received valid Here_I_Am packet from 10.1.1.1 w/rcv_id 00000006
Jul 17 12:51:40: WCCP-PKT:D09: Sending I_See_You packet to 10.1.1.1 w/ rcv_id 00000007
