My company has obtained Cisco WAAS as a service offering from an IT service provider. The solution\service is now complete managed by this thrid party organization. One item I've been struggling with is the level of reporting or type of reporting we should request and have access to. The frequency of the reports and any required technical assessment that should be included when provided.
As the Service Manager of the vendor what types of reports would you suggest I request to best profile the benefits and gains seen because of WAAS? And more importantly applications that may not be obtaining the intended benefits.
