I noticed that under downloads on CCO, the top of the list is 8.10, further down is 8.20. Should I use WebNS 8.10? 8.10 and 8.20 have the same release dates. Any gotchas out there?

they are actually more or less the same in term of stability.
There are more features in 8.20.
Any issue with one is fixed in both version at the same time.
