Which takes place first: class-map ACL or WCCP redirect ACL?

On the ISR where there's an ACL used by QoS class-map, and an ACL used by WCCP redirect-list, which ACL testing would take place first? QoS policy and WCCP redirect are configured for the same inside LAN interface, both for incoming traffic.
