WSFTP and Cisco Content Engines as proxy boxes

I have two CE's (507 and 560) running ACNS 4.2.1 and a third (507) running ACNS 4.2.3 code. These devices are running in transparent mode.

I am trying to configure WSFTP software to use the CE's rather than going via the firewall.

I've tried every possible config on the CE's as well as the WS software. Has anyone had any luck getting this to work? If so, how'd you do it.

Any time I have gotten to an ftp site, the netstat command shows that I am going directly to the ftp site and not via the CE's.

Any help would be appreciated.

Doug,

The CE can not transparently cache ftp traffic, it can only cache proxied ftp sessions. The only way of doing this is by setting the proxy settings in your browser for ftp.

I am not aware if WSFTP has this functionality.
