About our Panelists
Karen Dean is the Senior Manager of Collaboration Services at Under Armour and a senior technology expert. Her industry experience has made her a specialist in delivering transformative technologies that help meet business goals for global enterprises. She has honed her skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, lead cross-functional team, focus on strategic sourcing, and drive the maximum value from industry suppliers.
Munu Gandhi, VP of Core Infrastructure Services at Aon, is an IT executive who is passionate about leading and transforming applications, infrastructure, and information security. He has brought this passion to Fortune 500 companies such as Aon, McDonald’s, Accenture, and Xerox Business Services. Munu also has years of experience with strategy, delivery, sales and business development, and relationship management in large organizations.
Mark Jones is the Training and Development Manager at UK-based East Kent NHS. He has worked in the learning and development space for over 20 years, and currently manages the designing and planning of learning strategies for five hospitals with a total of 6,800 employees. He leads a team of three trainers to educate teams on new clinical systems that reduce paper-based medical records. He has worked with Cisco Webex for nearly 13 years, which helps simplify his workflow.
