jkoglin.jpgJoseph Koglin is a Technical Consulting Engineer with the HCS/solutions support team of Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center. Joseph’s expertise includes troubleshooting and support on different Cisco Unified Collaboration technologies, such as CUCM, UCCE, TP, PCA, IMP, CUC to gateways among others. He specializes in Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Prior joining this team he was the Technical Lead of Prime collaboration assurance.
