If you add a VLAN with the same ID as one that was dynamically added via GVRP, the switch will show that the vlan was added, but you are not able to delete the VLAN unless you manually reset the page.

2. After adding the static VLAN. Notice that you cannot check the box to allow deletion:

3. After refreshing the page, the checkbox is now selectable:
