Thunderbolt found my Windows Mobile Pro 6.1 smartphone (Verizon XV6800) but failed to identify it calling it "unknown". We're going to need to know what mobile devices are in order to control access to customers' LANs.

Brian,
I will talk to engineering to determine what we can do about this. There are obviously too many mobile devices to cover, but maybe we can come up with a category that covers them in groups.
Thanks for the feedback.

Actually, there are relatively few that have IP access. Windows Mobile, iPhone, & Blackberry are the most common you'll find at a business. I doubt there's a huge need to identify them by specific model, but knowing a device is Windows Mobile, iPhone, or Blackberry would be nice.
