Trying to set up OnPlus to integrate with Autotask Go account. Doesnt seem to be working right. I can not get an alert to create a ticket in Autotask. I am wondering if there is a place where I can check logs or is there docs on how this service should be set up or how to troublshoot?

Hi John,
Autotask Go! does not currently support Web Services API. If that changes in the future, we may be able to add OnPlus support for it.

The instructions on how this should be set up are described in the application note on Integrating Autotask Service Desk Ticketing with the Cisco OnPlus portal.

not working. Just to mention I have Autotask GO not full version of Autotask. Any suggestions on how to troublshoot?
