Portal Feedback - 6/18/10

Since the last drop, our box is unresponsive (ours meaning the one at our offices).
 
It is getting an IP address.  It would momentarily “phone home” after a power cycle.  It is pulling DHCP every power cycle, but cannot ping nor log into the device.  I have tried to pin the box, but no luck.  Any suggestions?

I have the customer ID and will be taking a  look. Have you tried re-seating the USB key?
