Possible errors found in CCA 2.2 Beta Administration Guide

On Page 61 of the CCA administration guide, it lists UC520 software pack 7.0.4. Is 7.0.4 actually correct, or should that really be 7.1.4?

On Page 268 of the CCA administration guide, the following phones do not support octo line: 7920, 7902, 7931G, CP-52xG, CP-52xSG, SPA525G

According to the post here, the SPA50xG phones do not support octo-line, at least in the 7.1.x software packs:

Is octo line supported on 7931G, CP-52xG, CP-52xSG, SPA525G, or SPA50xG phones in the UC500 8.0.x releases?

On Page 343, it states that the VPN limit is 10 IPsec tunnels. I know that the SR520-FE and SR520-ADSL versions support 20 IPSec tunnels and 10 SSL VPN tunnels. Does the UC560 have a higher VPN limit than the UC520 or UC540?

On Page 341, it states that the multisite manager supports a UC500 unit or a UC500 unit behind a SR520-T1. Does the multisite manager in CCA 2.2 support a UC500 unit behind a SR520-FE or SR520-ADSL, or will that be added in a future CCA release?

On Page 403, it states that the phone load for the 521 and 524 phones cannot be deleted. The 521 and 524 phone loads are not needed in deployments that do not even use the phones. We have never deployed the 521 and 524 phones in any of our existing SBCS deployments. We have deployed the 7931G, 7960G, 7965G, 7970G, 7975G, and SPA525G phones at our customers. Will this be fixed in the final CCA 2.2 release?

On Pages 417-418, it talks about restarting devices. I know that on UC520 and UC540 units, the IOS reload command reboots IOS but does not associated reboot the CUE module. I learned about this in a post in the SBCS forums. A reload command must be executed from CUE side to do an actual reboot of CUE. This actually reboots the CUE module only and not the entire UC520 or UC540 unit. Does the CCA restart option reload both IOS and CUE, or does it simply reboot the UC520 or UC540 unit but not the associated CUE module? Does the UC560 have the exact same IOS reload behavior as the UC520 or UC540, or does a IOS reload on the UC560 reload both IOS and CUE? This area of the documentation does not mention the difference between reloading a UC520 or UC540 unit and its associated CUE module, and I am unsure whether CCA reloads only the IOS side or if it really reloads both sides.

Hi John,

Thanks for your comments. I have forwarded these to our documentation lead. Let me try to address some of your questions:

Octo line support has not changed and won't change in CME 8.0.

No changes in Multisite Manager support for additional SR520 models.

521 and 524 phone load handling remains unchanged (cannot be deleted). There are race conditions related to localization that prevent us from doing this.
