Question about the max supported users

Hello there,

Would you please advise if the max supported users ( i.e 50, 100, 250 ) for each model is the concurrent users or the total users in customer' s mail server ? If my customer has 300 users, but at the same time there' s just 200 users sending and receiving email, then can he use the BLKR-SVB-250U-1Y ?

An, great question. In Short the new Spam Blocker is based on total user "Licenses." Meaning, that if you have 300 used total, but only 200 were actually needing protection, there is no way for you to get that information into the "Blocker". So we may need to look into another Ironport Box to accommodate the large amount of total users.
