trouble creating ACL for a network

Hi
Having trouble creating a network specific ACL  for my voice network 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 .
Keep getting the following error in my broswer, see attached diagram, or if you can see it the diagram below.;
Gotta admit the CLI access seems a wee bit restricted all I can see is the running config.  can't seem to get into CLI config code via the unsupported LCLI interface.    cunning devils.

Seems to be a bug, I'm putting it up in ClearQuest for the ODM to address. Regards, Vic...

I do not see this error in the latest FW 1.0.0.27 boot 1.0.0.4.

Possibly was addressed since 1.0.0.25.
