We are integrating a Nortel/Avaya CS1000 with our new CUCM cluster and Unity Connection. MWI works well for Cisco phones and over a SIP trunk they work with TDM Avaya phones as well. This is done with a SIP normalization script. However, the Avaya IP phones on the same PBX do not have MWI working.
Does anyone have this working and know what I'm missing?

Thanks for the reply mstover. I did use that guide and normalization script referenced. It enabled MWI for TDM phones but not the CS1000 connected SIP phones. I'll go over the steps again to make sure we didn't miss anything.
