Thanks for the reply mstover. I did use that guide and normalization script referenced. It enabled MWI for TDM phones but not the CS1000 connected SIP phones. I'll go over the steps again to make sure we didn't miss anything.thank you.
if I delay between messages by 1 second (haven't tested delaying less time) then I get unique session IDs - seems strange? Any other ideas? Does anyone know how long I have to delay to get unique session IDs?
