Jabber Bot not Rendering

Hi, I am having some problems getting a jabber bot to render.  

Here are my tests on various windows platforms and jabber versions:

from win10 with jabber (client) 12.0.0 Build 61695 ==> Works and renders
from win7 with jabber (client) 12.0.0 Build 61695 ==> Works and renders
from win10 with jabber (client) 12.7.0.38632 Build 288632 test does not work (bot renders as text), but production does work except for weird vertical display of room and type.

from win10 with jabber 12.6.2 ==> does not work where the bot  comes out as as text.

If anyone has any ideas how to best troubleshoot this.  I do not believe the issue to be either the bot code or windows.  This clearly is either an IMP issue or Jabber bug.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Thanks

I believe there was an issue with Jabber bot HTML display on some interim versions of 12.x - please try using the latest version.
Can you confirm that your Jabber bot jid has been provisioned as an <AdminConfiguredBot> in jabber-config.xml? See https://developer.cisco.com/docs/jabber-bots/#!cisco-jabber-bot-sdk-developer-guide/message-formatting
If the above check out, can you post a screenshot or otherwise more description on the issue..?
