jabber sdk and sandbox

Hi Team,

                I am new to this environment. Please provide/help  me with some steps (or) documents to start with jabber sdk, sandbox  and how to integrate web app using jabber, if possible with some sample code,doc (or) links.

It will be great if you provide some inputs as early as possible.
