Looking for Jabber SDK Web support for Chrome OS. Let me know is it already in the pipeline?

IMHO a Jaber SDK port for Chrome OS is pretty unlikely to be developed...

Being WebRTC based, you might want to take a look at the Spark JS SDK and/or Widgets for audio/video - though the requirements listed is just 'latest Chrome' (and I think the testing focuses on PC) it may work.  Spark clients can interop with on-prem UC stuff via Spark 'Hybrid Services' if needed (https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/solutions/collateral/unified-communications/spark-hybrid-services/at-a-glance-c45-7366…)
