Jabber Web SDK: WebEx API configuration

We have a solution based on Jabber Web SDK and we have it running using the WebEx sandbox (see screen below).

Unfortunately, the client has WebEx on premise and we cannot configure the API so it works. We have access to the WebEx administration, so if there's a way to divine the Site ID and the other parameters from the admin, it would be great.
