Step:
1. Schedule a conference on MCU or TPS.
2. Launch Cisco REM Android demo (CSDK Sample), and dial into MCU conference with meeting Access number.
3. Input the meeting number and PIN number.
4. Get into the conference.
Expect:
Client can join the conference with audio & video.
Results:
Audio works, but the video view freezing on the first frame and can not get updated.
Workaround:
No workaround.
Config:
REM server version: REM-10.6.2.10000-4
REM client SDK version: 2.1.31.1.1
User impact:
Android client can not access the MCU ad-hoc conference.

Hi Carson,
What agent endpoint are you using? Firefox is now not recommended as there are now video interop issues with android clients and later versions of Firefox.
The other reason for video issues might be that if the android client is streamed VIQ/VOH at too fast a rate from a CVP then the video will freeze. This can be rectified by resizing and re-encoding the video with a tool like Handbrake (https://handbrake.fr/)
