Samsung S4 - one way voice over VPN

Hello,

I have a Jabber Voice on Samsung S4. Both Jabber and Samsung are using the latest Android version. Calls are working OK from the corporate wireless and from other Androids such as S4 mini and Android Tablet over VPN. I have the same issue for 2 different customers.

Can anyone help? Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
