TAPI function lineswaphold is not working for CIsco 7962 IP phones?

Hi,

I tried to swap the active and hold calls using TAPI function lineswaphold for CIsco 7962 IP phones extensions but the swapping is not happening?

I tried to swap the calls from IP phones itself without using TAPI functions but I am unable to find SWAP soft key in the CIsco IP phone 7962.

Please provide your thoughts.

Hi,

I think you can find  swap softkey feautre on Cisco Unified IP Phones of model 6921, 6941, 6945, 6961 8961, 9951, and 9971.  Regading 7962 model from the section Telephony Features Available for the Cisco Unified IP Phone i was not able to find the swap soft key feature.
