I open my boss' calls by using the telephone and entering his ID and then going to the web to start the call. When I do this I don't get the ability to record the calls. Sometimes the presenter records and sometimes my boss records it since it is his room. How do I get access to the recordings he has? I need to download them to my computer so I can share with people that missed the call. Thank you.
