CAUSE_NOANSWERFROMUSER

Is there any way to catch cause CAUSE_NOANSWERFROMUSER when call is disconnected because of timeout. I only observe the called party. I cannot observe calling party because it's from outside of CUCM?

You will get CallCtlConnFailedEv event with CiscoCause: CAUSE_NORMALUNSPECIFIED.
